Charles “Chaz” Shultz joined his family at the Shultz Team in 2004. Growing up Shultz made him a realtor/developer from the get-go, and his local market knowledge and experience is coupled with a company vested with over 40 years of real estate services that include a unique mixture of innovation, vision, and integrity.

Chaz Shultz is a Jefferson High School Graduate and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Virginia University.

Chaz Shultz is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, Member of the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc, National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Affiliate, and a Premier Agent for Zillow.com, Loopnet.com, and Costar.com.

Chris has been in the real estate business and a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors for over 17 years, always providing buyers and sellers with exceptional service. In addition to selling real estate, Chris has over eight years of experience as a residential contracting business owner, building and remodeling custom homes throughout Jefferson and Berkeley Counties.

Chris is originally from the Washington, D.C. area but is a graduate of Shepherd University, 1992, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems. He has also previously served a science teacher for Jefferson County Schools for approximately seven years, teaching Biology and Earth Science at one of the local high schools where he was also a volleyball, football and swim coach.

Chris has been a resident of Jefferson County since 1993 and is married to his beautiful wife, Paula. The couple has two wonderful daughters, Mikaela and Cameron. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys fishing, the outdoors and trips to the beach.

Brandi was raised in Moorefield, WV. She moved to the area after she met and married her husband, Steve Shultz, who happens to be
Bill’s son and Chaz’s older brother.

Brandi has been with us for over seven years, and she brings to us her knowledge of farming and agriculture as well as her
experience with Ducks Unlimited, the wetlands conservation group.

Brandi is a mom to Will and Riley, so she knows the ins and outs of the local schools, sports, and daycares. She is also an avid hunter
and West Virginia Mountaineer fan.

Ken Lowe is a lifetime native of Shepherdstown with over 30 years of real estate and business development experience. Ken initiated his career pursuits within the construction industry and through the entrepreneurial experience ventured into the insurance brokerage business. This field led him quite naturally into property management, real estate brokerage, office buildings, commercial, hotel, and restaurant development business.

Lowe has been appointed to and served on countless committees and councils by U.S. Senator Joe Manchin, U.S. Senator Robert C. Byrd, U.S. Senator John D. Rockefeller IV, Governor Early Ray Tomblin, Governor Cecil Underwood, and Governor Gaston Caperton.

Lowe is actively involved in community organizations and serves or has held professional affiliations with: WV Small Business Administration State Advisory Council, WV Regional Contracting Assistance Center, WV State Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson and Berkeley County Chambers of Commerce, Jefferson County Chapter of the American Red Cross, Jefferson Civitan Club, and Shepherd University Alumni Association.
